You may register under one subscription a maximum of 4 cashless accounts. All cashless account must be direct dependents of the main account.

The Cashless UEPA ID will be ready 3 to 5 days after registration. You may use the digital QR code or account ID in the meantime, until you receive the your UEPA ID card.

Each registered Cashless Account will receive an individual ID with a specific QR code. As a parent you will be able to see the amounts debited from your individual cashless account.

Answer: You will receive notifications when one of your cashless accounts is low in funds.

In your cashless’s individual account you can assign a daily consumption amount.

There is a support line via the webpage where they can notify UEPA and cancel the ID. The replacement cost of the UPEA PAY Id is RD$150.00. The ID will be ready 3 to 5 business days after request.

Uepapay is currently working on this with the cafeteria system and will be notified when ready. For now, you will be able to view all amount charges made in real time.

You can renew your subscription and continue using your available balance, or you can process a refund to your credit card with a 4.5% penalty.
