  1. Question: How many cashless accounts may I register under my subscription?

    Answer: You may register under one subscription a maximum of 4 cashless accounts. All cashless account must be direct dependents of the main account.

  2. Question: I registered in the UEPA Pay system but I still do not have the Cashless ID Card, may I pay using the account ID or Digital QR?

    Answer: The Cashless UEPA ID will be ready 3 to 5 days after registration. You may use the digital QR code or account ID in the meantime, until you receive the your UEPA ID card.

    In case of an emergency, your cashless account may be authorized to pay without the UEPA ID using his or hers name or account # at checkout.

  3. Question: How does the system work? What if I have more than one cashless account ?

    Answer: Each registered Cashless Account will receive an individual ID with a specific QR code. As a parent you will be able to see the amounts debited from your individual cashless account.

  4. Question: How do I know when my cashless accounts has no funds?

    Answer: You will receive notifications when one of your cashless accounts is low in funds.

  5. Question: How do I control what my cashless account spends?

    Answer: In your cashless’s individual account you can assign a daily consumption amount.

  6. Question: What happens if my cashless account loses his/her UEPA PAY Id?

    Answer: There is a support line via the webpage where they can notify UEPA and cancel the ID. The replacement cost of the UPEA PAY Id is RD$150.00. The ID will be ready 3 to 5 business days after request.

  7. Question: Will I be able to view the items that my cashless account is consuming?

    Answer: Uepapay is currently working on this with the cafeteria system and will be notified when ready. For now, you will be able to view all amount charges made in real time.

  8. Question: What happens if by the end of the year I have unused balance?

    Answer: You can renew your subscription and continue using your available balance, or you can process a refund to your credit card with a 4.5% penalty.
